The modern studio features a living room with a double sofa bed and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen corner includes a dishwasher and an electric coffee machine. There also is a bathroom with shower and a (separate) toilet. The studio features a balcony or terrace/garden. There is a parking space reserved for your car in the central car park. In Résidence La Dune, you can book various studios, apartments and maisonettes for two to ten people. Important! The pool will open at the end of May 2023.
