Just a short walk from the famous Passeig de Gracia, you'll find Gaudí's La Pedrera and the well-known Casa Batlló nearby. The apartment features three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing plenty of space for your stay. Upon entering, you'll find an independent suite on the right-hand side, perfect for three guests. This suite includes a double bed, a single bed, a large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. It also has a large balcony or terrace overlooking the Rambla de Catalunya—a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

Continuing down the hall, you'll find two more bathrooms on the right and two double bedrooms on the left. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. Opposite the bedrooms is a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals.

In the dining area, you'll discover Rafaela's piano—a classic touch that adds charm to the apartment and invites you to play. The spacious living room is furnished with two large sofas and a flatscreen TV. There's also an extra sofa by the window in the inside patio, where you can relax and read a book.

There is one flight of stairs to reach the elevator, which might make access a bit difficult for wheelchairs. To maintain the quality of the apartment and building, this place is best suited for families or couples. It is not suitable for events or younger groups. We kindly ask for information about our guests, including a description and the purpose of your stay.Because of noise restrictions between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM use the piano responsible.
