40 Bowmont Court in Heiton can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.
The living areas include a kitchen/diner housing seating for eight, two electric ovens, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, utility with washer/dryer, sitting room with Smart TV and a snug with TV. The bedrooms include two king-size doubles with en-suite showers, a double, a twin, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a terraced garden and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels are included in the price. Two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. Within 2.7 miles there is a shop and within 4.1 miles there is a pub. 40 Bowmont Court is a superb getaway nestled for exploring the Scottish borders region.

The Teviot, Tweed, and Jed rivers offer good fishing, and there are numerous excellent golf courses to pick from. Watch the stunning and historic Common Ridings, which take place in places like Kelso, Hawick, Selkirk, Langholm, Lauder, and others. Walking and cycling opportunities abound in the Borders, whether along the shore, along the stunning mountains, or through the charming Border forests. Coldstream, Jedburgh, Kirk Yetholm, and Wooler are all within a short drive and are delightful to visit at your leisure.
