Great apartment close to everything

Location is in a great family neighborhood, not flooded with tourists but the Metro, fruit & vegetable stand, grocery store and bakery all within a 10 - 15 minute walk. Apartment came with a fully equipped kitchen. Elevator is small but we have no problem fitting both of us with backpacks and two medium sized luggage. Owner was great with communication. Best part is the big balcony that you could access from the living room kitchen and bedroom. Thanks so much Fernando!!!

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung; freundlicher und entgegenkommender Vermieter. Gute Lage in einer belebten Vorstadt in Nähe des Via-appia-Parks und der Metro; schnelle Verbindung ins Zentrum. Kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The apartment's location was ideal, within walking distance of the subway, bus stations, park and grocery stores. It was impeccably clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring Rome. Communication with the host was great, and they were always available to offer recommendations and assistance. Overall, my experience surpassed expectations, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome. I felt here like I was a guest someone from family or friends.

Un soggiorno incantevole

L'host è stato super disponibile nell'accogliere le mie richieste. L'appartamento è dotato di qualsiasi cosa si abbia bisogno ed è arredato con la massima cura. Pulizia impeccabile e tutto corrispondente alla descrizione. Mi sono trovata benissimo per gli spostamenti, la metro sotto casa è stata comodissima. La zona è servitissima, ci sono tanti locali carini e negozi di ogni tipo. La consiglio davvero a tutti!

Très bon séjour à Rome

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Rome. Location idéale, très bien placée, proche du métro et du bus. Quartier commerçant agréable. Plein de bons restos dans le quartier. Merci à Marco pour son accueil très chaleureux et ses bons conseils. Service de taxi très appréciable en arrivant à l'aéroport. Location conforme aux photos, à recommander sans hésitation . C'est sûr nous gardons cette bonne adresse si nous revenons une nouvelle fois. Merci pour tout.

Upon arrival at the airport we were greeted by a driver our host Fernando had organized. At the property Fernando himself was at the front door welcoming us and showing us the apartment. This apartment is exactly as advertised: super clean, spacious and functional. A big plus is the location so close to the Metro which runs every few minutes and took us to wherever we wanted to go in a very short time. There are plenty of shops and eateries close by as well. Si vous chercher un endroit douillet, propre situé à proximité du métro , de restaurants, de café,d’épiceries dans un quartier tranquille et sécuritaire n’hésitez pas une seconde pour louer cet appartement. De plus je tiens à souligner la rapidité avec laquelle Fernando répondait à nos demandes d’informations lors de nos recherches et de l’accueil sympathique lors de notre arrivée. Il a pris le temps nécessaire pour nous expliquer comment ce déplacer dans Rome les principaux attraits de celle-ci également. WONDERFUL!!

We stayed at Angela and Fernando’s apartment for 4 nights during our recent stay in Rome. The apartment was perfect and spacious for a family of 6 adults. The apartment has all the amenities required to make you feel right at home. The apartment is just minutes away from a Metro station which made it very easy to get around Rome. Fernando arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport on the day of arrival and for a driver to drive us back on the day of departure. No car rental is required. The surrounding neighbourhood is very nice. Easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, pastry shops etc... Overall we had a wonderful stay, and would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome. Terrific Location-Attentive Owner

Our First trip to Rome and we couldn't be happier with the apartment. It was close to Metro for easy access to downtown Rome and all the sights, yet far removed from all the noise and crowds. Fernando arranged for a pick up for us at the airport and allowed us to check in early as we had an early arrival from the States. The apartment was a very clean and exactly what we expected from the website pictures. We liked the organic market a few blocks from the apartment. Would definitely stay here again

Bellissima casa

Che dire? Ci siamo sentite a casa. Abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci la cortesia e la simpatia del proprietario, Sig. Fernando, il quale ci ha presentato una casa perfettamente arredata di tutto quanto occorrente e rigorosamente pulita e ordinata. La zona è servitissima di negozi, a pochi passi dalla metro per cui spostarsi è semplicissimo.Torniamo spesso a Roma e ci auguriamo di poterla trovare sempre disponibile. Un grazie sincero al Sig. Do not hesitate to book this property!

This lovely apartment was our home away from home for our first trip to Rome. Located in an authentic Roman neighborhood, everything you need is a short walk from the apartment. The close proximity to the metro station cannot be overstated. Apartment is as pictured and very clean. Fernando met us at the apartment and gave very useful information about getting around town. We had a medical issue during our stay, and Fernando and his family immediately helped us find a pharmacy open on New Years Day. Famiglia Rochetti will do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

Perfect location, beautiful flat, fabulous host!

I can not say enough nice things about our stay. In the short 6 days that my husband and I were there, we felt at home. From the moment we arrived at the flat, Fernando greeted us, helped us with our luggage and gifted us with an amazing bottle of Chianti. He gave us a thorough tour of the flat. Fernando took the time to show us how to get around using the very helpful large map on the wall. He offered recommendations for sightseeing, and was always available to answer any questions. The town was super cute with great little shops. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The food in town (and out) was absolutely amazing. One of Fernando's recommendations was Olio e Farina, which was our personal favorite! You can't get a bad piece of pizza in Rome! It is like nothing I've ever had!! Our first night we were having some drinks at the Chicken Hut up the road (I know, doesn't seem Rome would have a place called the chicken hut haha). That night we met some awesome locals, and returned every night of our stay to hang out with our new friends. We staying in Rome for the duration. We wanted to visit Naples, but overslept (darn jetlag). I would highly recommend the hop on hop off sightseeing tour bus. It takes you to about 8 stops all over Rome, with buses at the stops every 15 minutes. We did sign up for one guided tour, but didnt want to keep spending the money. It is a little pricey. We were just as happy going to the various sights independently. Sightseeing at night is a must as well!! The city looks amazing beautiful at night all lit up. My personal favorites were the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, The Vatican and St Peter's Church. There is a breathtaking view at night on the rooftop of the castle. That is a must see! Incredibly romantic. Overall, it was just a wonderful experience! We can not thank Fernando enough for his gracious hospitality. We can't wait to come back!!!

A Great Experience

My husband and I had been in Europe for five weeks staying at VRBOs. Fernando’s apartment was the best! His son Davide met us and gave us a wealth of information. The apartment was immaculately clean and very well stocked. This apartment was situated away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy Rome but the Metro was few minutes walk making it easy to get to sights. We loved this apartment that made us feel we were a part of real Roman life. Will definitely stay on our return trip to Rome.

Excellent apartment hosted by one of the best

Fernando arranged for us to arrive early and met us at the entrance. He explained everything in detail and left an information package second to none. He was so helpful in all ways when called upon. The apartment was completely supplied and exceptionally clean. A bottle of wine was gifted to us to start our stay in Rome in a very welcoming way. Wonderful.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Diese Wohnung und ihr Vermieter bieten alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Zur Wohnung: Sie ist sehr liebevoll, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist dort sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist schön und 2 Minuten von der Metro und Busstation entfernt, von wo man alles Sehenswerte erreichen kann. Trotz der zentralen Lage liegt sie an einem großen Park, ideal zum Joggen oder Spazierengehen. Zum Vermieter: Ein sehr netter Kontakt und super gut auf Gäste vorbereitet, wenn man es wünscht. Er hat uns Tipps gegeben zur Metro- und Busverbindung, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Supermärkten und Restaurants.Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingebracht, das war sehr angenehm. In der Wohnung ist ein Lageplan von Rom, der uns sehr geholfen hat. Auch diverse Stadtführer waren vor Ort. Fazit: Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen, wenn man Rom besichtigen und sich trotzdem erholen möchte.

Amazing!!

Fernando was wonderful. Answered every question I had, there were alot, ha! Made check in wonderful and flawless. From the moment they picked us up at the airport all the way to the apartment. Went over everything about it. The apartment was wonderful, so cute and cozy. Great space. Love the shower. When I was researching and looking at one apartment after another the bathroom in the picture is one of the things that sold me on it, a nice big shower with a rain showerhead. So awesome. The neighborhood was great and with the metro literally being a 2 min walk...score!! So easy to navigate. So neat to leave early in the morning with everyone going off to work and we pack onto the metro with them. We became part of the neighborhood. Supermarket was few blocks away and it was perfect. So basically what I'm saying is we have a home away from home and we will be back and this is where we will stay. Wish I could give more stars!! Thank you Fernando and family

Loved Rome

Loved this home. Fernando was always very easy to reach. Thank you for your great communication. Letting us check in early and letting us stay in your home. We enjoyed Rome. Andreas met us at the apartment. He gave us information on restaurants and grocery stores and things to see. Andreas also helped us make a decision to drive to Sorrento when we left to see the Amalfi Coast. I have to say that we had the very best meal in Italy one street over from your home. The property was most charming, clean and comfortable located near metro station!

Our stay was most enjoyably enhanced by the personalized attention of the owner and his family. We felt like locals living in Rome. A short metro ride way from the busy tourist attractions and yet close to shopping, dinning and experiencing how it would feel like if one were to live in this unforgettable ancient city! The comfort and charm of our little apartment made our stay most memorable. We were close to countless little stores including, ice cream shops, bakeries, butcher shops, several grocery stores and speciality shops. We even enjoyed the services of a hair saloon just next door. We greatly recommend this apartment and owner to anyone wanting experience Rome in an authentic yet classic fashion.
