Enjoy a relaxing stay at our home from home villa, with all you require to make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable one. Our villa is well equipped with all necessary utensils, linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, straightening irons to mention but a few. The villa also has its own 6m x 3 Private Pool. Villa is set in its own Private South Facing garden, where the sun shines from sunrise to sunset.

Beautiful villa with lovely pool

Villa was lovely and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Outside area and pool also very nice and kids enjoyed. Plenty of nice restaurants and beaches close by too. Would highly recommend.

A very enjoyable family holiday with excellent south facing private pool. Communication with owner Anne-Marie was flawless and very prompt. House facilities were very good and as specified. Lovely Villa with great facilities, and a great central location on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. Owners very responsive and quick to offer to address the few minor issues we had on arrival.

Great Villa

Let me start by saying the owners are amazing. Prom the start to the end , the communication was 10/10. They were very responsive and couldn't be more helpful. The Villa was brilliant and had everything you needed. The heated pool was great. The Villa is situated in a very quiet area of the resort, but also close walking distances to the main hotel, shops and on site sports facilities. We stayed with our two young children and they really enjoyed themselves ! I would 100% recommend this Villa to anyone! We would definitely stay again!!

Lovely villa

The villa is well located with a lovely south facing garden getting sunshine throughout the day. Well equipped functional kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Heated pool was fantastic allowing for swimming all day. Hosts were very easy to contact and answered all of our questions efficiently. Overall very good value for money.

Family holiday

The Villa was a good size for our family of 4. Fully equipped with everything you need for a home from home stay. Good and effective air con during the heat wave, esp in the bedrooms. The pool was great! Nice patio area to sit in the shade and relax or eat with the family. There was also a sun bed area for relaxing in the sun. Upstairs outdoor balcony with seating and sunbeds too. The local area is quiet. There are a few average restaurants in the local hotel (5mins walk at most) and more just outwith the gated complex (approx 20- 30min walk). Communication from the Villa owner Anne-Marie was excellent!! Very responsive and very helpful.

A lovely villa

We have visited this resort many times over the the years. This year we were delighted to stay for a week in this lovely villa we had a wonderful satay. The kitchen is well equipped.with every utensil you could need. The pool and terrace absolutely beautiful in a lovely enclosed garden. The air conditioning was more than adequate to keep everyone cool on the hottest of days. The Villa is very close to the Hotel so a great location an short walk to the bars/restaurant. The boulevard where more restaurants are is about a ten minute walk. There is a large Spar near the entrance to the resort which is well stocked and reasonably priced. Another great find was the club MMG A day pass can be purchased where you have full use of all the facilities. This includes, unlimited use of a fabulous crazy golf, a gym, various courts and a swimming pool. Another lovely holiday at Mar Menor Golf Resort.

Lovely villa on beautiful site Land lady is really helpful and will reply to you with any queries very quickly. I had reservations about contacts with the owner outside of VRBO initially but I shouldnt have worried it made the experience much easier. There was a mechanical issue with the pool which was beyond the owners control and cpuld not have been foreseen. I called the owner and the pool company were on site within 15 minutes to fix the pumps. Couldnt have asked for more Will book again in future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Maison très agréable

Très bon séjour au sein de cette maison avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Seul petit inconvénient est la proximité des voisins donc parfois un peu de bruit. Sinon le domaine du golf est très sympa et bien entretenu tout comme la maison. La voiture est indispensable pour visiter les environs.

Angenehme Doppelthaushälfte

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, Klimaanlage in den Schlafräume war für uns sehr wichtig. Leider knattert die Klimaanlage im Elternschlafzimmer das hat etwas gestört beim einschlafen. Man findet alles wichtige im Haus, wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Handtücher und so weiter…. Der Pool ist super! Die Vermieterin ist nett und immer erreichbar per WhatsApp. Leider erfährt man erst nach der Buchung erst das man 150 Euro Kaution überweisen muss und 75 Euro Reinigungsgebühr zahl bei Abreise. Das war ein schöner kurzer Aufenthalt.
