Wonderful position on the beach
Lovely house with lots of space for a family. The beach access is great and a warm outside shower makes coping with the British summer and cold water ideal. BBQ provided and wetsuits and water shoes should you forget yours. Lots to do in the area, if you like walking, without needing to drive. Pub is handy as are the two cafes. The top cafe has household essentials. Morrisons deliver but Bude is only 20 mins away and there is a Lidl too. Couldn’t fault the location see you next year!

Penkenna Review
The property itself was excellent, in an amazing location with a good pub and cafes a stones throw away. There are a few areas that would benefit from improvement (1) while the larger double bed was fine, the other beds were quite uncomfortable which need changing. (2) The main bathroom needs updating - the tiles were coming off the bath panel. (3) The carving knives and potato peeler were blunt which I know seems minor but its a pain when preparing food and can be easy sorted. We are considering booking next year as we had such a great time, but the only thing holding us back is that 2 of our party experienced back problems from the beds.

Best location ever
The house is full of character. A real home from home, comfortable, relaxed and well equipped. The view of the sea and the sunsets was spectacular and the location next to the beach gave us all great freedom. Hope to be back!
