This comfortable maisonette is located in Résidence La Dune. It is located at 3 km from the centre of Valras-Plage and only 400 m from the vast sandy beach of Valras-Plage. This one-floor maisonette features a living room with a double sofa bed and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen corner includes a dishwasher and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a (separate) toilet. The maisonette features a terrace/garden with seating. The gardens of the maisonettes have artificial grass, young plants and wooden fences that provide privacy. There is a parking space reserved for your car in the central car park. In Résidence La Dune, you can book various studios, apartments and maisonettes for two to ten people. Important! The pool will open at the end of May 2023.
