This comfortable maisonette is located in Résidence La Dune. It is located at 3 km from the centre of Valras-Plage and only 400 m from the vast sandy beach of Valras-Plage. This maisonette features a living room with a double sofa bed and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen corner includes a dishwasher and an electric coffee machine. The maisonette has also two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a double bed or a double sofa bed or two single beds), a bathroom with shower and a (separate) toilet. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor. The maisonette features a terrace/garden with seating. The gardens of the maisonettes have artificial grass, young plants and wooden fences that provide privacy. There is a parking space reserved for your car in the central car park. In Résidence La Dune, you can book various studios, apartments and maisonettes for two to ten people. Important! The pool will open at the end of May 2023.
