Brookview is a wonderfully presented three bedroom period property in the peaceful village of Lower Swell. With original traditional stonework, exposed beams and a wood burning stove, this is a perfect holiday home in the beautiful North Cotswold countryside.

In addition to the three double bedrooms and two family bathrooms, this delightful property enjoys a comfortable sitting room, spacious hallway with seating, a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room with seating for six guests and a private walled garden. The courtyard area with garden furniture is a lovely place to enjoy a delicious lunch cooked on the charcoal fired barbecue provided.

When you want to eat out, Lower Swell has its own pub, and Stow-on-the-Wold (just a mile away) can be reached via a footpath that runs alongside the road. Stow-on-the-Wold has a large number of tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, and is a perfect base for exploring the many surrounding walkways and the towns and villages of the Cotswolds.

With a wood burning stove, one 2-seater sofa, one 3-seater sofa, one armchair, a footstool, DVD player, television with Freesat, radio and CD player.

Fully equipped with double electric range oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher.
Utility room
With a tumble dryer, washing machine, clothes airer and washing line.
Cloakroom
With wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

First Floor:
Bedroom one
With a 5' king-size bed and television.
Bedroom two
With a 4'6 double bed and television.
Family shower room
With a walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Second Floor:
Bedroom three
With a 5' king-size bed and television.
Family bathroom
With a roll-top bath with overhead shower attachment, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside:
Rear lawned garden with patio area, garden furniture, barbecue, egg chair and bench.
Roadside parking area across from the cottage.

Additional Information:
Children and babies welcome. Travel cots can be accommodated in all bedrooms, but are not provided.
One well-behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Please restrict your dog to the ground floor. A stair gate is provided in the utility room for this purpose.
The bedding is non-feather.
A hairdryer is provided in the master bedroom.
There are televisions in all bedrooms and an additional DVD player in bedroom three.
Please be aware of low beams and doorways throughout the property.
The garden has different levels so please supervise children at all times.
The annexe at the bottom of the garden is not available for guests.
Charcoal barbecue provided. Please leave the barbecue in the condition you would wish to find it. Thank you in advance.
