Be thrilled with this newly converted heritage condo.
Located in the historic, designer, and theater district of Victoria. Imagine yourself drinking your morning coffee in this heritage condo with warm walls of brick, brimming with light from the windows including french doors that open onto a delightful balcony overlooking a private courtyard. Imagine you sitting in a luxurious leather glider chair listening to your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth sound bar. As well, there is international dining, amazing coffee shops, and live music all within walking distance, including our famous Inner Harbor with ferry and seaplane services. You would be exactly where you want to be within walking distance of everything wonderful Victoria has to offer, especially the ocean.
What's unique about this is the 12' ceilings, original old brick walls, amazing art, and separate entrance. There is a luxurious queen bedroom in addition to a best quality lazy boy sofa bed -- sleeping four in total.
It has all the modern amenities including internet, TV, cable, Bluetooth speaker, stainless steel appliances, in suite laundry, quality stocked kitchen a chef would enjoy. Everything you need for the perfect vacation.
Free Parking included in a lot adjacent to the entrance.

Why they chose this property
I love historic Victoria and wanted to be a part of owning property in the most unique heart of Victoria that I can live a modern urban lifestyle not needing a car. I am delighted by the location and the neighborhood baker, coffee shops, pubs, etc.
What makes this property unique
What you'll love about this condo is being in a modern yet historic 12' ceiling. You look at the main exposed brick wall filled with two large windows, patio doors opening to your private deck filled with the morning sun having coffee.
It is luxuriously furnished with the best art and comfortable furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen including spices. There are multiple bicycle racks and easy access to Victoria's biking tails . The condo is located up one flight of stairs and is one of three condos in this building, so it is quiet and relaxing.
