Stunning Norfolk Flint Barn - Close to Norwich & The Broads
A cosy, comfortable and superbly equipped 2 bedroom self-contained Barn which accommodates up to 4 guests and up to two four legged friends comfortably. Situated in the beautiful village of Bramerton in South Norfolk it provides the perfect space and base to discover all that the best of Norfolk has to offer. There are some great walks on the doorstep and we're conveniently located on the edge of the Broads National Park and just a ten minute drive to the centre of Norwich. The Barn is superbly equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. There’s an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, with a double bedroom and single bedroom with adult sized bunk beds. There is also a family bathroom with shower and a separate WC. Outdoors, there is a private and fully enclosed courtyard for guests use only. When the weather allows a little al fresco dining and glass of something, there's outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue solely for guests to use.

Having developed a love of Norfolk and becoming a regular visitor over a long period, I finally got the opportunity to move to the county almost ten years ago. I'm now blessed to be able to offer visitors a range of wonderful holiday cottages and barns to come and enjoy the best that the county of Norfolk has to offer!
Why they chose this property
Small but perfectly formed! Located on the edge of the Broads National Park and just ten minutes drive from the centre of Norwich, Flint Barn is a 2 bedroom self-contained home away from home which has an open plan living and dining area, well equipped kitchen and private courtyard garden. There are two bedrooms. One has a comfortable double bed with plenty of storage space. The other has adult size bunk beds. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is both comfortable and well equipped. The woodburner is great for those chilly nights after a long day exploring! In addition to the woodburner, there are also electric storage heaters in each room which can be independently controlled. The cottage enjoys superfast broadband and a Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped and will offer everything you will need for your stay and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. You’ll enjoy a private and secluded courtyard garden, with outdoor garden furniture and barbecue.
What makes this property unique
Peace and quiet in rural South Norfolk, providing the perfect base to explore all that the county has to offer. Flint Barn is located just ten minutes from the centre of Norwich and positioned on the edge the Broads National Park. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the county are within a 30 - 40 minute drive.
