The space
The property is a large premium 3 bedroom mid terrace house and is well laid out with all the necessary amenities.
The house is located 5 minutes from the centre of Windsor and has paid parking bays to the front of there building.
SLEEPING
There are 2 good sized double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with a trundle bed that converts into a double bed. Rooms are kitted out with everything you'll need and offer quiet places to rest your head with the added bonus of black out blinds and double glazing.
All beds are dressed in hotel quality linen.
Please note: Travel cots are available on request, please provide your own bedding if required.
FRESHENING UP
The main bathroom is modern and full featured.
Towels and toiletries provided.
Washer and dryer available.
Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board provided.

Property is managed by a Professional property management company.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.
Check-in time is usually after 4 pm and check-out time is usually before 10 am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
