Very cosy and charming apartment, in typical Provence Villa (firstfloor, no elevator) which provides a luxury totalsetting in the kitchen, the nice balcony and the comfortable beds (4 places max), air-conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and DVD/CD player. Dishwasher and laundry machine. Only a few steps from the beaches, bars and restaurants, and in a lovely quiet area at the same time. Shops directly around the corner. Fantastic Holiday
The apartment was very well equipped and very comfortable with a lovey terrace. Was very quiet and peaceful surroundings with a five minute walk to the beach and shops. You have to get an uber to Nice bars which takes approximately fifteen minutes.

Moyen même décevant En première je dirais le propriétaire pas tre honnête qui mets la faute sur Abritel, en précisant que je vais être remboursé de 75€ pour la gêne et la non compréhension pour ma place de parking ! Donc après avoir fais 10h de route et être très proche de Nice, Cannes et tout les autres endroits on n’a rien pu faire apar Marineland en bus car en retour pas de places de parking ! A cette période faut savoir que même celles qui sont paient ne sont pas disponibles et surtout le soir donc j’attends de rentrer et de vous contacter pour voir la proposition que vous allez me faire je parle d’abritel ! Si non calme et pleins de resto au moins on a bien mangés et une petit supérette .

Erst der Schock, dann das Vergnügen
Dies war das erste Mal, dass ich fewo direkt genutzt habe. Ich war etwas skeptisch, ob alles gut klappt. Ein Tag vor der Abreise dann der große Schock: die Kontaktperson, die von fewo direkt genannt worden war, hatte mit der Wohnung nichts zu tun! Nachdem ich aber bei fewo nachgefragt hatte, bekam ich den richtigen Ansprechpartner, und alles lief wunderbar! auf den Fotos sah das Bad im Objekt so aus, als hätte es Naturstein verbaut jedoch war es nur Pressspan. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und sauber. Die Nachbarin ist für die Schlüsselübergabe zuständig und hat auch Tipps und hilft gerne bei Fragen. Sehr erstaunlich, dass bei dieser Nähe zum Flughafen kein Fluglärm zu hören war: die Wellen sind lauter und alle Flüge kommen über das Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr still gelegen und in einem wunderschönen Villengebiet mit fantastischer Pflanzenwelt gelegen. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Parfait,
Joli petit studio, décoré avec goût., il y a tout le nécessaire de cuisine, literies très confortables.La climatisation est plus qu'appréciable.Echanges très cordiaux avec les propriétaires. La piscine est parfaite!.Nous espérons bien y retourner 😊.La résidence est à 350 m de la plage, de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Tout peux se faire à pied. Nous sommes vraiment ravis, nous avons passé un beau séjour.Je recommande.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub
Der Vermieter war vor Ort als wir ankamen, hat uns alles genau gezeigt und erklärt. Dir Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und 5 min vom Meer entfernt. Ebenfalls 5 min zum minimarkt und Bäcker sowie Bushaltestelle Richtung Nizza Cannes grasse... Der Pool ist sauber, nur selten Leute drin. Allerdings gibt es eine Frau die den Aufpasser spielt , man darf nicht vom Beckenrand reinspringen und als wir um 21 Uhr kurz rein wollten kam sie sofort angelaufen und hat uns nicht mehr rein gelassen. Das Appartement war für 2 erwachsene und ein Kind von der Größe gerade noch ok. Zu viert wäre es mir zu klein. Klimaanlage, wifi und Fernseher funktionieren. Für eine Woche hat es gut gepasst. Auf der Straße bekommt man schwer einen Parkplatz, am besten wenig das Auto benutzen und viel Bus fahren!

Nice summer holidays in Nice
My boyfriend and I stayed in this lovely little apartment for one week and we did enjoy it. Peter and his wife are gentle people. Nearby the seaside, you can reach the beach in a few seconds. Shops and restaurants are not far away either. We visited Cannes and Nice by bus, what is really cheap and easy. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There is enough space for two people and we did not miss anything. Summing up, we would visit this place again!

It's a nice place to stay. 200 mtr from the beach,always parking places free. There's a swimming pool at the building never busy. The owner is easy to come in contact with. 4 people can sleep but it's better to come with two or three persons

lijkt misschien een beetje overdreven zo'n goede score maar we hebben enorm genoten van dit vakantiehuis! Hallo Herr Baar, Es hat uns sehr gut in Cagnes sur mer gefallen und wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Woche an der cote d'azur!! Die Ferienwohnungen in der rue des vespins liegen schön im Grünen und die Nähe zu Nizza ist super! Besten Dank und schöne Grüße in die Niederlande!

Recommended !
We spent 2 weeks in this app. and everything was perfect. Peter is very friendly and helpful person, always ready to help, advise and give answers to your questions. The appartment is very cosy, nicely furnished, with perfect balcony (quiet surrounding), where you can listen birds signing. And private swimming pool is just a bonus. Nice stay, perfect weather and good location !

Why they chose this property

In 2000 we already bought a house in the 'Arriere Pays', the back area of Nice in the beautiful mountains. We love this area for its nature, sun, possibilities skiing, rafting, etcetera. in 2007 we bought our apartment to enjoy also the sunny beaches

What makes this property unique

As we have seen many apartments, we knew that we would not buy a holiday studio, but a real charming place. In this stylish Provence style villa we found everything we needed. It is peaceful, all facilities are still nearby, very private and charming! We are sure you are going to love it too!
