A security deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. The deposit will be collected as a cash payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The refund must be made within 3 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.

Between the dates of 1st November and 31st March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between 1st April and 30th October - EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total price and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption charges (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).
Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.
