Situated right on the seafront, along the Port de Llançà beach promenade, very close to the shops, restaurants and leisure activities in the area. Terrace with beautiful views of the sea, the beach and Llançà port.

The apartment is on one floor and has several rooms and a terrace. Bright and comfortable lounge-dining room, with TV, armchairs and sofas, one of them a sofa-bed; wooden round table and chairs, cupboards and French windows leading to the terrace outside. From here you reach the other rooms. Old-style kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender and tableware.

2 double bedrooms with double beds, one of them with direct access to the balcony outside. 1 bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a storage room, iron and ironing board, and a washing machine.

Outside terrace with outdoor furniture - table, chairs and sun loungers. Fantastic views of the promenade and beach of Llançà Port.

The apartment is located on the seafront, next to the port and very close to the shops and restaurants in the area.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
