Contemporary Villa Lucia in Radosi is a newly built, modern luxury villa with private pool and Jacuzzi. It is located on a 3000m2 large plot of which 600m2 is arranged and fenced and offers 140m2 of living space. The ground floor has a large living room with corner sofa, fully equipped kitchen and toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One room opens onto a large terrace with a seating area from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Two rooms have a shared bathroom and one room has its own bathroom. In the yard there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, shower. There is a washing machine in a separate room. In the beautifully landscaped courtyard, guests can enjoy a private pool, jacuzzi or socialize with their favorite barbecue dishes. The villa is fully air conditioned, has underfloor heating and offers 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
