Patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This attractive detached cottage sits at the entrance of the estate and is spacious and thoughtfully furnished. Step through the front door into the cosy living room boasting comfortable sofas, wood fired stove and Smart TV. From the living room, wander through to the dining room with dining table and traditional Welsh dresser. To the rear of the cottage, you will find the modern and well-equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. This bright and airy room leads to the rear of the property with seating area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee whilst taking in this area of outstanding natural beauty.

The property boasts spectacular views across the Dee valley, with the river itself coursing through the fields below the house and nestling in the magnificent backdrop of the woods and moorland mountains above. Guests of the Lodge may indeed like to take a gentle stroll alongside the river or even venture into the hills above, as our guests. When it is time to rest, head upstairs, the large double bedroom with comfortable super kingsize bed, quality bedding and spectacular views across the fields and countryside. Finally, the large bathroom with a free-standing roll top bath and walk-in shower means you can decide whether to shower and go, or enjoy a longer soak in the tub.
