Apartment Long Beach is a beautiful air-conditioned apartment in an ideal location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc. in the stunning area of Alcudia on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Mallorca. Fully air-conditioned through out. Apartment Long Beach offers everything for a wonderful holiday with family and friends.
The apartment has just been renovated and modernised. The bright modern kitchen leads onto a huge balcony for a great breakfast overlooking the sea and canals. The kitchen also opens onto a sitting and family room which leads onto a more formal dinning area this whole area tastefully decorated bright and cheerful with also sliding doors opening to the balcony.

From our point of view as property managers and agent we particularly like the family and sitting areas which are genuinely spacious and will comfortably sit upwards of 6 people. In addition, these living areas look on to the balcony with views of the canal and sea. Ideal for a long lazy lunch or cocktail.
Moving down the hall we have three double bedrooms and one which are bright, spacious all with air-conditioning.
There are also 2 renovated modern bathrooms.

Why they chose this property
The location is perfect for a holiday by the beach. The sandy beach of Alcudia stretches out for miles and miles. The beach is very clean and safe. There is a shallow area that goes out to sea far making it nice and safe. The property has just been renovated offering all modern comforts.
What makes this property unique
Close to everything yet in a quiet residential area. Alcudia is a great area from which you can visit some of the top places of interest in Mallorca. From Puerto de Pollensa, the Light house of Formentor, the city of Palma.
