Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa dal 1 all'8 giugno. Abbiamo trovato grande cordialità e gentilezza da parte della Sig.ra Marisa e una casa bellissima e pulitissima. Le camere da letto ampie e materassi comodissimi. Il giardino curassimo dal Sig. Elio pieno di fiori e attrezzato con tavoli sdraio, ombrelloni e barbecue. Troverete tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno ( perfino il pesto fatto in casa da Lei) senza dover correre al supermercato appena arrivati. Internet perfettamente funzionante, smart tv. Tutto questo a poca distanza da un mare favoloso. Torneremo da lei sicuramente. Grazie Marisa a presto.

dream holiday villa

we had an amazing time at Marisa's villa. Both hosts were extremely helpful from the moment we booked. They met and greeted us when we arrived, explained thoroughly everything about the villa and the surroundings. The pictures don't do it justice, it's so much nicer! there is a fully equipped kitchen, nothing was missing inside, two bathrooms, and an outdoor shower, which was a bliss. The beds were really comfy, black out blinds and good air con. The villa is just two minutes walk to the beach, and the hosts left 2 bikes we used to go to the nearby grocery store, which is also very well stocked. We had a baby travelling with us and they've been really kind to organise a cot and a high chair. Inside and outside the house everything was safe for the baby to explore. The patio is great, we grilled fish and the kids could even play badminton, there is plenty of space for everyone. The surrounding are a paradise, one of the best beaches, there are plenty of restaurants on the beach, we stayed for two weeks and never needed a car to go further away, everything you need is there. A butcher delivered a cooked piglet and there is also a fishmonger. If we ever go to Sardegna, there is no other place we would stay but this lovely villa. Thank you Marisa and Elio, we had the best time! Lots of love, Katya, Manuel, Arthur, Ioana, Thomas, Sven and Eric.

Ideal für Familien

Die Villa entspricht gänzlich und darüber hinaus den Beschreibungen, sie ist ideal für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub, selbst 2 Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Die Besitzerin (Marisa) und ihr Mann haben das Haus nicht nur mit allen Notwendigkeiten inklusive Vorräten (!!) ausgestattet, sondern auch noch unsere Sonderwünsche (Frische Milch, Brot und Schinken, da wir Samstags spät ankamen) bedacht. WLAN ist dank mehrerer (!) Provider stets gewährleistet, „Home Office“ arbeiten also kein Problem. Wir planen bereits das nächste Jahr (falls nicht wieder lockdown verordnet wird)

Bella casa, pulita con molti comfort.

Casa molto curata, pulita, silenziosa, completa di lavatrice, lavastoviglie condizionatori...letti molto comodi. Vicina a una lunga spiaggia raggiungibile in 3 minuti a piedi. Supermercato bar e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze raggiungibili a piedi. La proprietaria mette a disposizione degli ospiti 2 biciclette ombrelloni e sdraio per la spiaggia. La cucina è ben accessoriata con stoviglie in ottimo stato e fornita di olio caffè sale zucchero tea...a disposizione degli ospiti. Adatta ad una famiglia numerosa o a 2 famiglie ben affiatate. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto gradevole. Segnalo come unica criticità la mancanza del bagno al 3 piano dove sono presenti 5 posti letto per cui di notte se si necessita di andare in bagno bisogna scendere le scale. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Assai gradita la prenza di bibite fresche nel frigo al nostro arrivo.

schöne Villa in Strandnähe

Die schöne Villa befindet sich in einer abgeschlossenen Siedlung an einem wunderschönen Strand (große Sandbank, daher super mit kleinen Kindern), aufgrund der abgeschlossenen Siedlung Ende August/Anfang September mit eher wenigen Besuchern. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, neben den üblichen Küchenutensilien, Klimaanlage, Mückenschutz an Fenstern, auch Sandspielzeug für Kinder, Strandstühle, Schirme...liebevoll gepflegter Garten mit großem Freisitz inkl. Grill. Eine kleine Ladenzeile mit Supermarkt samt Bäcker, Metzger und super Fischladen befindet sich in 10 min Laufnähe. Es gab nach 1 Woche Wäschewechsel durch die Vermieter (Bettwäsche + Handtücher). Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden immer wiederkommen.

Vacanza meravigliosa

In questa villa meravigliosa abbiamo trascorso, in 8 persone (4 adulti e 4 bimbe), una splendida vacanza di due settimane ad agosto 2015. La villa è perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione del sito e le foto non rappresentano efficacemente per intero l'ampiezza degli spazi esterni ed interni. La pulizia all'arrivo era impeccabile. Il giardino ben tenuto e curato. Il proprietario Matteo è molto disponibile ed attento. 5 stelle le merita tutte questa graziosa e luminosa villa situata in un contesto molto tranquillo.

La villa della tranquillità!!!!

E' appena terminata una splendida settimana in questa villa meravigliosa. Generosa negli spazi interni ed esterni, ti fa subito sentire a casa tua, non le manca nulla e tutto è la' dove lo vorresti. Pensate ad un accessorio e basta guardar bene ed eccolo la', lettini per stendersi , barbecue per grigliare carne e pesce, seggiolini da spiaggia con ombrelloni, TV (ben 2), una sala da bagno di quasi 9 mq con due lavabi, un secondo bagno con anche la lavatrice se voleste fare il bucato...ecc, ecc..,ecc.. ah dimenticavo la casa è in una splendida pineta in una "comunione" di altre proprietà, ben recintata e custodita, con spiaggia privata fra le più belle della costa sud-est. Se avessi potuto prolungare la vacanza lo avrei fatto volentieri. Paolo Brugnoli

A great vacation at Sardegna

This is the first time we went to Sardegna for vacation - and we had a great time. We - a family of five living close to Basle (three children 6, 5 and 5 Mnth.) were looking for a early summer vacation with easy logistics on high standard - and our expectations were met. Location: The house was in a very nice location - the community Santa Maria - is located close to a beautiful beach area - remote enough to chill but close enough to Cagliary and Pula to be connected to everything you need. Again the beach can commode to the Caribbean and other very nice locations we have been before. The House: It is in very good shape - has a nice garden around and a nice Terrace and Barbecue place that we used extensively. You can see that the facilities and infrastructure are designed and equipped to a person with high standard and great adherence to detail. The Kitchen and utilities are one of the best we have seen for some time. Logistics: Away approx. 40 Min from the airport it is very accessible and close enough to all infrastructure you need. The owners were extremely friendly and on boarding to the house and leaving logistics were smooth and very nice - no problems at all. All in all - very good location for Sardegna - house in excellent shape and the owners trustworthy and italian style nice. We certainly recommend to go there.

Beautiful place perfect for families

The house is beautifully renovated and perfect for two families. I have seen few Sardinian summer places renovated this beautifully. It has a wonderful outdoor shower and terrace for meals. It was perfectly clean and has everything you could possibly need. The owners are super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is ideal for the area. A 3 minute walk to the local beach. The beach is really fine, although by comparison to all the spectacular Sardinian beaches it isn't the most beautiful one. But perfect for the days when you don't want to venture out. The beach doesn't have a cafe but a ten minute walk towards the hotels there's a beach cafe. The house is located in a clean and quiet beach community, a 10 minute walk to the local market where you can buy fish, and everything you need, there's also a cafe and a pizzeria. This is a huge plus because very few communities are located so close to a market. Also great if you have kids and just want to go out for a pizza or a coffee in the morning. Chia and Tuerreda are just a short drive, as is Pula. The location is fantastic because you have a great range of local beaches and agriturismo in the area, and then can take day trips to Cagliari if you want some shopping or to Carloforte. We've been coming to Sardinia for ten years and we love this low-key but really beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this lovely house for a Southern Sardinian vacation.

Clean and spacious house, had everything we needed

A beautiful, clean and spacious house very close to the beach. It's not the most beautiful beach in the area, but in a 15-20 minutes drive from the house you'll find amazing beaches like La Tuerredda and Cala Cipolla. Owners are very kind and helpful. The house had everything we needed, even mosquito lotion, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. The only disadvantage of the house is the top floor: the rooms are only partly separated; the walls don't touch the ceiling. As a results mosquitos from downstairs could freely move into the rooms on the top floor. October is really low season in the area: most shops and restaurants were closed. Only in Pula (15 minutes drive) there was some dynamic.
