Set on a hillside in deepest central Italy surrounded by a lawned garden and olive trees this private tastefully renovated house is a haven of peace. Not overlooked itself, but overlooking wonderful views of patchwork fields and countryside beyond this villa is a classically solid construction exquisitely furnished. The panoramic swimming pool with Jacuzzi, the large garden and the verandah for “dining al fresco” will delight guests at any time of the day. Ideal for two/three families or a party of friends Villa Clarice offers a chance to escape and relax in a really secluded environment but Firenze, Pisa, San Gimignano, Vinci, Certaldo, San Miniato, Chiantishire and Lucca are not more than 60 kilometres away for some ispiring day trips. Swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 30 th.
