The full log home with all wood interiors features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, gorgeous cathedral great room, dining room, loft, laundry room, mudroom, and 2 car garage. The home sleeps 12 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, a pull out queen sized sofa in the great room, and a queen sized futon in the loft. The home has a beautiful wrap around deck and covered porch with outdoor seating and grill. The master suite features an en suite bathroom with an amazing, large stone walk-in shower room with body jets, rain shower, and hand held sprayer. The property has mountain views out the front and back. Custom touches like whiskey barrel sinks, full log beds, and rustic-themed lighting make this property truly unique. Xfinity cable and free wifi included.

This is a beautifully custom crafted full log home - with a rustic feeling, but all of the modern comforts and amenities you would expect. Beautiful Cabin

The cabin is very spacious. We played games and enjoyed the fireplace and the views. After picking up some groceries, we spent all of our time at the cabin. It was relaxing and a special time with family.

Great location Restaurants bars and breakfast places are really good. Easy to get to for whatever you’d like to see we’re doing the area. The owners are fabulous to deal with.

The house was really great and nicely decorated. The only thing is that if it weren’t for the other reviews on how to get to the driveway, I don’t know if we would’ve figured it out.

Themed to perfection!

We (My husband, 4 kids ages 3mo to 6 years, my parents and me) were looking for a place to stay close to Liberty Mountain Ski Resort. This was PERFECT. We loved being able to stay in the house all together over having multiple hotel rooms, and the proximity to the mountain was perfect - we easily went back and forth to the ski slopes during the day. We also had a great time exploring Gettysburg a short drive away (highly recommend the audio driving tour of the battlefield in the wintertime). The layout was also great for our group. The first floor main bedroom gave the grandparents some separation from us and the kids who stayed upstairs, and the large rooms and windows made it feel so spacious. Obviously one of the first things you notice about the listing is the log cabin exterior and the themed decor. The kids called it the Lincoln Log house all weekend and loved all the cabin touches. If its there, it’s got a bear… or a moose or deer or fish haha. But, while it is easy to go overboard with themed accents, they’ve stopped right in the sweet spot - themed but not cluttered. Michelle was great and super communicative when we had any questions!

Awesome weekend in Gettysburg

We needed a place near Gettysburg and wanted a cabin like home. This fit the bill perfectly. It had plenty of space, very comfortable and all the utensils necessary to cook meals at home. Although it was not exactly alone by itself, it still had wonderful views and we enjoyed the property very much. It is very close to Gettysburg making our weekend Visit to the college to visit our friends’ son much more enjoyable than getting hotel rooms. The owner, Michelle, was immediately responsive to one small issue we had as well. Thanks for the weekend, we look forward to doing it again next year!!

Cabin was really nice, cleaning people should have cleaned the couches a little better underneath the cushions. And we were told that there would be a bottle of wine which there was not.

Location slightly difficult as you have to access the property a few houses down and enter the back,but once you figure this out it's not really an issue

Great location for family/friends outside of Gettysburg

This is a wonderful house that can easily fit 6-8 people, as many as 12 - depending on the circumstances. Would be great for a family with 4 kids and a set of grandparents, or two couples with up to 4-6 kids as there are two "normal", decent sized bedrooms and one with a double bed and a bunk bed. The house is well maintained and offers great views of the surrounding farm land, including cows across the street! It's conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Gettysburg, so if you're looking for a place to stay while you visit the battlefield this should be high on your list. The owner is polite, responsive, and the house is well maintained and pretty easy to get in/out of thanks to the garage entrance. The only things I could say as constructive criticism is the instructions sent ahead of time should start with bold letters that the entrance is at the rear of the property, with a need to drive between houses down a dirt alley. Was a bit confusing at first. Besides that and the fact that it is a 15-20 minute drive to a grocery store and other basic amenities you might need, it's really an awesome house.

Short stay. Very pleasant.

Very nice home and spacious. Had all of the amenities that we needed. Terrific wrap around porch but limited seating. Across the road from a farm. Enjoyed watching the cows. Short drive to Gettysburg, 15 minutes. Several places to hike nearby. Michelle was quick to respond to questions. Had a great stay.
