Da qualche anno, insieme ai miei genitori, abbiamo ristrutturato questo antico rustico

Piccolo rustico di charme immerso nel verde dell’oliveto “Casa Giuliva”. Il monolocale soppalcato è l’ideale per una coppia o per una famiglia di massimo 3 persone (1 letto matrimoniale, 1 divano letto, possibilità di aggiungere una culla). All’interno il monolocale è dotato di un angolo cottura con piastre elettriche. di All’esterno è presente un’ampia veranda con barbecue. La casa si trova a circa 1 km dal centro del paesino di Ferla (3 minuti in macchina, 10 minuti a piedi). Nei dintorni a pochi chilometri è possibile visitare la riserva naturale della Val D’Anapo, effettuare escursioni in mountain bike, trekking e visitare il sito archeologico patrimonio dell’Unesco della Necropoli di Pantalica.
