This 200 year old farmhouse sleeps up to 10 guests and has been carefully renovated retaining the character of the old local architecture. Among the most important improvements made are the restoration and extension of the pool terrace, new interior flooring, renovation of all bathrooms plus the addition of a fourth bathroom, air-conditioning units in the bedrooms, a newly fitted kitchen and the installation of modern lighting throughout the house. The main entrance gives access to a spacious living/dining room with a beautiful vaulted stone arch, through to the kitchen which is fully equipped with modern units yet it's part of the house that has best retained the original style of former times. It includes a small breakfast area and there is a separate utility room with a washing machine. On the ground floor, you will also find the first of the 5 bedrooms (a double) and two of the 4 bathrooms. To the left of the entrance, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where the main lounge is, there's a large sofa and a chaise longue on which you can enjoy a good movie or catch up on your favourite series on the magnificent 65-inch television, a Smart TV with wireless internet connection so that guests can sign-in to their accounts and enjoy Amazon, Netflix, etc. The further four bedrooms and two bathrooms are also on this level, a double and two twins sharing a family bathroom plus a master double with an en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace with far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside and to the mountains, a lovely place for morning coffee or relaxing with a drink in the evening.
