Pets: Two dogs welcome in each property (not puppies) and must not be left unattended. Smoking: Not allowed at this property. Luxuries: DVD player, Woodburner. General: Oil fired central heating, TV. Tree Tops: Double bed (1). Other: Lead person in party must be 21 or over. Children must be supervised around pond at all times. Lawn games provided. Cycle hire available. Outdoors: Paved terrace with furniture and pond, Gas barbecue, Hot-tub in all weather oak barn. You will have use of the fully enclosed Orchard which makes for a fabulous dog paddock. Also available to guests is the use of the outside dining area which can seat 14 people, where there is a BBQ and games available, this is on a first come first serve basis.
