About this property

This charming villa located in the Marquesa area (Denia) has two bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
It has a spacious garden (fully fenced) and a large swimming pool, as well as all types of outdoor furniture for its use and enjoyment.
The villa is decorated with great personality, upon entering we find the living room/dining room with a fireplace, as well as a glassed-in porch ideal for eating in the sun during the winter months. The open-concept kitchen has all the amenities: refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and water kettle.
For your convenience, the house has wifi, central heating, and air conditioning in the two bedrooms.
The two rooms have 1.50m beds and next to them is the bathroom with a shower.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Der Aufenthalt in Denia war wie immer hervorragend. Jederzeit immer wieder .

Uns gefällt es hier sehr gut. Das Haus, die Umgebung, der Ort und die Menschen. Alles war super,wie immer.Sind noch nie hier enttäuscht worden.Freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub.Vielen Dank an das Team von carlosferien. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem, was wir vor Ort immer antreffen. Ich wüsste nicht ,was noch verbessert werden könnte.
