The terrace is large you can see the sea and overlooks a pedestrian area adorned with palm trees and numerous restaurants and bars. The apartment has A/C (separate payment: supplement €10/day or €50 per week).
The Santa Rosa building has an elevator. It is located in the lively street, with many shops and restaurants, as well as leisure activities. Ideal for people who prioritize the fun and comfort of being very close to the beach over tranquility. The Llevan beach is about 100 meters away.
