Pirates View - Three Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

Pirates View is the perfect home-from-home set in an elevated position overlooking Brixham Town Centre and Harbour. The property is within a 5 minute walk either down a slope or down 100 steps to the centre of the town. Pirates View has been renovated to the highest standard and is designed as an upside-down house to offer guests spacious social rooms upstairs that benefit from the views in the very bright living room.

Bedrooms: 3.
Beds: 1 x King, 1 x Double and 2 x Single beds (or superking, please specify when booking).
Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Kitchen and utilities: Views over Brixham, microwave, oven with automated recipe function, Alexa, boiling water tap, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and Nespresso Vertuo Coffee Maker.
Facilities for families: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided on request.
Outside: Small courtyard partially covered leading to our very own ‘Pirate Cave’. To the side of the house is a small pebbled garden with two garden benches. Please note the garden has a low wall and therefore children/pets must be supervised at all times.
Pets: 2 allowed.
Parking: On street.
Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 9am.
General: Free WiFi provided.

Lovely stay

After an initial massive overlook that the property hadn’t been cleaned (was rectified) after previous occupants the stay was great Great spot. Love Brixham it was all we needed for our break. The property was perfect for us and would recommend although parking was a bit sketchy, time of year (Christmas) would be to blame for that. So after having to wait for the property to be cleaned we settled in nicely and enjoyed our time.

Wow!

Excellent! Comfortable, contemporary and well equipped. Well thought out interior design to make the most of the stunning views. Only downside was not being able to park right outside but that did not detract from a great week in Brixham.
