The maisonette features a furnished living room with air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and an electric coffee machine. The maisonette has three bedrooms (two with a 2-pers. bed and one with bunk beds or three 1-pers. beds), two bathrooms with shower and WC (separate). Several rooms are located on the first floor. The maisonette features a terrace/garden with seating. The gardens of the maisonettes have artificial grass, young plants and wooden fences that provide privacy. There is a parking space reserved for your car in the central car park. In Résidence La Dune, you can book various studios, apartments and maisonettes for two to ten people. Important!
