Windemere 301, built in 1985, is located in the very popular Ocean Dr section of North Myrtle Beach. Windermere 301 is 3rd floor end condo with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Spacious Balcony. New back splash in kitchen, decorative bar wall, remodeled bathrooms, new flooring in LR, DR, master bedroom and bath and more. All new appliances and LG 55" Smart TV added September 2022.

Enjoy to third floor parking deck which allows you to park directly outside our condo door for easy access!

This sunny condo is located in the popular area of North Myrtle Beach. The condo has all amenities for your vacation enjoyment. A broad beach, indoor pool, hot tub and charcoal grill area are all available on site.

The kitchen is fully furnished to allow home cooked meals including a Keurig coffee. Minimize your workload by taking advantage of the unit's dishwasher. There is ample room to sit and eat comfortably at either the breakfast bar or dining table.

Elevator, washer and dryer within the condo and newly stocked kitchen are all to be enjoyed.

Would definitely book again!

Cozy beachfront condo, decorated perfectly for your beach vacation. We came from Northern Michigan snow so we really enjoyed the warmth, coziness and home feeling along with all the space. The property is clean and well kept. Kids enjoyed the pool as well. Excellent location! We stayed in Myrtle Beach before and this was our first time staying in North Myrtle Beach. We loved this area more. Would definitely recommend and go back again!

Wonderful Condo and location

Condo has wonderful views and plenty of space for our group of six. Location is awesome! Close to restaurants, Barefoot Landing, shopping, etc. Scott is very responsive. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Parking deck was closed for work while we were there but this unit has basically at the door parking on third level of deck when open. Had everything we needed and a great balcony to enjoy the view.

Convenient, Comfortable, and Perfect for Families of all ages

We stayed here for a local baseball tournament with our family of 7. Four adults (including two grandparents), and three children 13, 10, and 6. The access to the unit was incredibly convenient. It's the third floor, so up off the ground, but on the same level as the top of the parking garage which made it super easy to unload/load, and even better for grandparents! We stayed early November and the weather was mild/perfect. The balcony provided a great retreat for a sunrise and to look out over the ocean and take in all the relaxing sounds that come with staying ocean-front. Very convenient access to the beach right out front, and our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Great time of year in early November as it was not busy at all, weather was warm, and we were able to relax and spend some quality family time. Highly recommend.

A Perfect NMB getaway

Our beach trip was very special this year because it was our grandson's first beach trip as a 3 month old!! We continue to enjoy the condo because it suits our needs perfectly-the location, the views, the parking, the quiet, the indoor pool, and easy access to the beach!! The condo lay out is very conducive for family togetherness. Another great reason that we love the condo is the great communication with Scott!! We already have booked for 2025!!

Great location, easy entry and unloading

We have stayed in North Myrtle many times but this is the first for this property. Things I loved: location, the ocean view windows in the living room, the communications with owner and most of all the easy entry (key code so no waiting for the key at an agency) and the easy parking and unloading. All of these make the property top notch. Then you add beautiful decor, clean and a well stocked kitchen and you have a huge win! Negatives: bathrooms are a little tight in their design and the footboard in the master bedroom is a no go for a tall people. Overall two resounding thumbs up. Will definitely stay when we come back.

A beautiful view!

This property has a gorgeous view of the ocean close enough to hear the waves at night and a very easy access path to the beach— flat with no steps so if you have older people who are navigating a walker or you have alot if beach gear, this is the place for you! There was enough room that you didn’t feel like you were stepping on each other and the kitchen was very user friendly. Also great pantry for storing your supplies! Bathrooms were fine, although they say they are updated recently, I feel like the tub/showers and counter tops were the only things left to be updated. Overall it was a great place to stay! The property mgr was very responsive to any inquiries I had and the beach was amazing! May come back next year!

Five high school friends celebrating friendship in Myrtle Beach. Ages 70+. Condo was perfect for the five of us. Communication with Scott was terrific. Immediate response to my many questions was a plus! Great view, comfy beds, well stocked with kitchen supplies and right on the beach. Oh and parking right by the door! We couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend this condo.

Myrtle Trip

The location is nice, the pictures on VRBO show it to be somewhat nicer than actual. The inside needs a little work and is dated somewhat but not terrible. Only issue I had was not receiving the entrance instructions via email so had to reach out to owner a few times. He did get back to me quickly but did respond like he was a little irritated with me asking. Outside of that the place is clean, has a great view, furniture is all new. So if you are looking for a spot close to beach and near alot of things this location will work well.

The property is in the perfect location. Close to everything. The view is spectacular and the unit is very quiet. Scott, property manager, is Johnny on the spot. Quick to respond and fix anything needed. Perfect vacation spot.

Christmas getaway 2023

The condo itself was beautiful and the view was amazing to watch the sunrise every morning from the balcony! The location was great as it is located close to a variety of shopping and eating places and there is parking right outside of the condo. We did have some issues upon arrival. The toilet was clogged in the one bathroom, there was a whistling sound when you use the hot water, the sliding glass door in the bedroom was open and it was very cold in the condo and the smoke alarm would not stop chirping all night. We got a hold of the property manager and he sent someone out the next day as he was on vacation. He offered to refund our money so that we could go somewhere else. The refund would take 3 to 5 days depending on when it would show back up on your credit card plus being that it was the week of Christmas when we and VRBO looked nothing was available. We had our elderly parents with us also. We suggested to him that he refund our first night since nobody slept and after driving 10 hours we were exhausted plus all the issues that we had and the property manager totally ignored that suggestion in the text message we sent. There were some other concerns that we brought to the property managers attention and he said that's considered normal were and tear. We brought them to his attention as we didn't want it being deducted from our security deposit. I feel for what they charge, they should have checked to make sure everything was in working condition before we arrived!

WINDERMERE 301 (Hidden Gem in NMB)!!

Very comfortable atmosphere. Excellent view of ocean. Indoor pool was a plus for the time of year of our stay (November). Everyone enjoyed themselves. This was overwall the best stay I've had in the Myrtle Beach area.
