We welcome you to spend time relaxing in the beautiful surroundings of Mondseeberg. Our chalet has a large terrace overlooking the lake and the mountains while the pool in the garden offers a great spot to cool down and relax.

At just 25 minutes drive from Salzburg this is the ultimate spot to stay, any time of the year, to visit the beautiful area.

Spacious house with stunning view

Nice location with amazing view. House is big and comfortable, we've spent lovely time with family and friends. Few minutes to drive to the shops or skiing slopes. Communication with the owner was excellent, all details needed received in time with precision.

Wonderful view and a beautiful area for a holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at this location and appreciated both the view and the hospitality of the owners, who were very welcoming and helped us with various queries regarding the house. There is a lot to do in the area, we undertook several trips to surrounding lakes close to Mondsee, went up the Schafsberg mountain and also to the Laudachsee, up the Grünbergseilbahn in Gmunden. We also really enjoyed the bathing in the Mondsee and a day trip to Salzburg. Everyone has different expectations about houses, I would say this one needs some renovation. Particularly the upstairs is in my view not really suitable for adults. But this was offset by the amazing view from the terrace and the lovely weather, as well as the charming hosts.

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt mit super Aussicht auf den See, riesiger Garten und grosse Terrasse mit Pool. In der Küche gab es eine Grundausstattung, wie z.B. Kaffe, Öl und Gewürze. Einige Räume und deren Möbel benötigen eine Renovierung bzw. Erneuerung. und

Genialer Ausblick

Wir durften 10 Tage an diesem wunderschönen Ort verbringen und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und sehr nett, auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Der Ausblick von der riesigen Terrasse war traumhaft und der Sprung in den Pool bei fast jedem Tag mit 30 Grad einfach nur perfekt. Dass man die komplette Front des Hauses zur Terrasse öffnen kann, ist genial. Das Schlafzimmer zur Terrasse ist gemütlich und das Bett war ok. Das Bad ist hell und sauber, die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt. Die übrigen Schlafzimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirken dunkel, wir haben diese allerdings nicht benötigt. Zu Fuß ist man in einer knappen Stunde Wanderung unten in der Stadt Mondsee. Uns hat es jedenfalls sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig, außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Mondsee und einem traumhaften Garten etwas ganz Besonderes! Der Vermieter ist besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns bei Fragen und Problemen sofort weitergeholfen. Es war großartig und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine grandiose Aussicht

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Die Aussicht ist meega, die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch würde ich den Aufenthalt als sehr empfehlenswert bezeichnen. Wir hatten alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung brauchen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Skøn udsigt over sø og bjerge

Chalet Kultique am Mondsee

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche hoch über und rund um den Mondsee verlebt. Das Chalet bietet sehr viel Platz, insbesondere im Erdgeschoss mit großem Wohn-/Eßbereich, Wintergarten mit IR-Kabine und der Terrasse davor und traumhaften Blick auf den Mondsee. Das Obergeschoss ist eher für Kinder geeignet. Im Keller gibt es eine Tischtennis-Platte, bei der wir die familiären Skills erweitern konnten. Der Pool ist super, allerdings hätte das Wetter in unserer Woche etwas wärmer sein dürfen. Da das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist, konnte der Hund im Garten nicht freilaufen, da es Wildschutzgebiet ist und die Rehe quasi am Grundstück vorbeilaufen. Darauf hatte der Vermieter aber auch hingewiesen. Eine m.E. leicht zu vervollständigende Einzäunung wäre trotzdem vorteilhaft, da in Österreich fast überall Leinenzwang herrscht und man zumindest auf Privatgelände die Freiheiten für den Hund haben sollte.

Abweichende Beschreibungen

Unser Ferienobjekt musste einige Kriterien erfüllen, die wir der damals aktuellen Beschreibung wie folgt entnahmen: - freistehend (traf zu) - bisserl luxuriös durch Pool, Whirlpool, Sauna, Infrarotsauna (Sauna war versteckt im Keller, wird lt. Vermieter im Sommer nicht genutzt, Whirlpool gab es gar nicht, Beschreibung wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes verändert, dank Googlecache nachweisbar) - Einzäunung wegen der Hunde (fehlte, durch die besuchenden Hühner ein ständiger Spießrutenlauf) - viele Schlafzimmer (statt 9 nur 8 Schlafgelegenheiten, 1 Zimmer mit 1facher Schlafcouch nicht nutzbar, da es reinregnete) - Auslegung für 9 Personen (Schlafgelegenheiten nur für 8 Personen, kleiner Kühlschrank) Die Treppe zum OG ist eine schmale Wendeltreppe, auf der Menschen mit Handicap oder großer Körperfülle oder Eltern mit einem Kleinkind im Arm nicht gut hochgehen können. Die Panoramaterrasse hat kein Geländer, für Kleinkinder sehr gefährlich. Die Treppen hinunter zum Pool haben ebenfalls kein Geländer und keine Beleuchtung. Das Gelände war zugewuchert und so abschüssig, dass wir es nicht nutzen konnten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher mussten trotz anderslautender Beschreibung für 20€ je Person separat hinzugebucht werden. Die Zusatzkosten und die Abweichungen trübten das Vergnügen. Einige Infos aus der Mappe vor Ort hätten wir vorab benötigt. Die Aussicht ist wirklich spektakulär und 1 Punkt extra gibts für die unglaublich nette Reaktion auf unseren Fehler bei der Schlüsselrückgabe.

Most spectacular view

The pictures don’t do it justice, we were shocked how beautiful the location is. Would stay here again. We hiked up the mountain a few times because we loved it so much! Perfect for staying close to many lakes and mountains!

Ideal gelegen, zauberhafte, unverbaute Aussicht, kurz ein Bijou.

Die breite Fensterfront mit der Terrasse ist sensationell! Auch bei Regen fühlt man sich drinnen wie mitten in der Natur, und doch geborgen. Küche, Wohnstube und Esszimmer sind vereint in einem offenen, grosszügigen Raum, mit Sicht auf Berge & See. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool ist ein tolles Supplement. Wir genossen die zwei Wochen zu zweit. Es hat viel Platz zum sein und ausruhen. Die oberen Räume mit den zwei Schlafzimmer sind eher für Kinder, also ideal für Grossfamilie. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist hell und sehr schön. Die Betten sind top bequem. Der Ort ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele Spots wie Salzburg, viele Seen, Berge, usw. Die Lage ist an und für sich sehr ruhig, aber wir hatten leider an einigen Tagen u.a. Baulärm vom Haus dahinter und daneben, zu etwas unüblichen Zeiten.

Toller Urlaub bei Familie Trebert

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem wunderbar gelegenen Chalet Kultique: super Lage, toller Blick, gut ausgetattete Küche, schöner Pool & Garten (auch der Hund war glücklich). Super Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle die Abseits des direkten Trubels am See diesen und die Berge geniessen möchten.

Tremendous sweeping view of the alps and lake. Access to kulmspitz tower trail which is great for families. Great kitchen. Responsive host. Just beautiful would highly recommend. 10 min drive to town.
