Villa Elettra is a beautiful Marche farmhouse with swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, air conditioning and views over the village of San Costanzo and the sea. The villa is only 8 minutes from the coast of the Adriatic Sea.

The farmhouse is located in the municipality of San Costanzo and in a few minutes you arrive in the pretty village where the main services are located such as shops, bars, pharmacy, bank and post office. Marotta and the Adriatic Sea can also be reached in a short time, where there are beautiful sandy beaches, excellent fish restaurants, entertainment venues, cycle paths, many activities, festivals, events throughout the year. For wine lovers, many excellent wineries are located in the surrounding hills where you can taste or buy the best wines and local products. The cities of Fano and Senigallia are about 15 kilometers away and are two tourist destinations for lovers of the sea but also of culture and history because they offer beautiful historic centres. Urbino, capital of the Renaissance and UNESCO site, can be reached by car in about 45 minutes.
