Alma Villa is a modern stylish end of terrace abode offering luxury accommoation and situated in a quiet residential area of central Salcombe. 

Location 
It is situated in central Salcombe, just a few minutes walk away from all the main amenities and the wonderful Salcombe estuary. This  abode provides a great location for familes and groups, as it is conveniently located in the centre of Salcombe and yet situated in a quiet residential location. 

Overview
This abode is modern, stylish, bright and airy, offering luxury accommodation, with four bedrooms and one bathroom across three floors.

It provides an ideal holiday base for up to seven guests.

Details of accommodation:
This abode is accessed via a series of steps up from the road to the front door. There is parking for one car on the grass verge opposite the property in the private road. 

Bedrooms
Alma Villa has four bedrooms.

The first bedroom is situated on the first floor, with a comfy super kingsize bed, set of drawers, TV, wardrobe and bedside table. This is a bright and airy room, situated at the front of the abode. 

The second bedroom is located on the second floor of the abode. It is illuminated via a large skylight. This bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, lamp and a small hanging area with shelves. 

The third bedroom is also located on the second floor and is situated towards the rear of the abode. It has a double bed and a velux window looking out to the rear garden. 

The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and has a single bed. There is also a single wardrobe with drawers, a chest of drawers, and large mirror. 

All bed linen and towels are included in the abode rental cost (excluding beach towels).

Bathroom and cloakroom
There is a bathroom located on the first floor of this abode, together with a separate cloakroom. Both have been recently refitted in a modern and contemporary style. The bathroom includes a free standing bath, a walk in shower, a vanity unit with a hand wash basin, a toilet and a heated towel rail. 

There is also a separate cloakroom located on the first floor. This is a modern stylish cloakroom, with a toilet, vanity unit with hand wash basin and mirror.  

Open plan living space
The main living space is located on the ground floor of this abode. It is modern stylish open plan space which is bright, light and airy. It is stylishly presented in a neutral colour palette and has recently been completely renovated to a high standard. 

The lounge area has ample seating for 7 guests on the large corner sofa, with a TV and modern fire. This is located at the front of the abode, with views of the Salcombe estuary in the distance. 

The dining area is situated in the middle of the living space. There is a large modern dining room table, with sufficient seating for each guest. It offers the perfect place to eat a delicious breakfast or enjoy an evening meal together. 

The kitchen is located at the rear of the ground floor living space. It is a modern, stylish kitchen that has recently been refitted in a contemporary style, with ample work surfaces for meal preparation. There is a breakfast bar incorporated in the kitchen island with two bar stalls and this offers the perfect spot to catch up and chat while one of your holiday group is cooking. 

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, american style fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher, together with plenty of storage and ample crockery and glasses. There is also a nespresso coffee machine and toaster.

There is access from the back door at the rear of the kitchen to the outbuildings and garden area. 

Outside space 
There is a delightful terraced garden accessed via a series of steps. It provides a wonderful quiet outdoors space for alfresco dining or to enjoy some down time. The garden is tiered with an area of decking that has luxury outdoor furniture to accommodate up to 7 guests for dining or relaxing. 

There are some wonderful coastal views from the top tier of the garden. 

Storage and parking 
There is an outbuilding which guests have access to. This incorporates an outside toilet and storage are for beach and small boating items to enable them to dry.  

There is space for one car to park on the grass verge opposite the abode on the private road.

Wifi access is available throughout the abode.

No smoking is permitted either inside or in the vicinity of this abode.

No pets permitted. Please note that the owners do bring their own dogs on occasions.  

Please note that given that the accommodation is set over three floors, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Security deposit for this abode is £750.

Beautiful house in great location
We had a fantastic 5 night stay in Salcombe. The house had everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 children. Well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor space. Close to the shops and cafés/restaurants. The house was clean and tidy and beautifully presented. Highly recommend!
