Brand new stone villa is located in Privlaka, small fisherman place in Zadar county, only 400 mt from the beach and 1 km away from long sandy beach in Sabunike. The connection with 400-year-old stone house with modern architecture gives this villa unique design that takes your breath away. Villa is fully fenced in a nature surrounding that gives peace and relaxation, ideal for peaceful vacation for families and friends. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area in one and exit to the yard and pool area, shower toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and other with 2 separate beds. All appliances are high quality brands; coffee espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, A/C, TV-SAT android and many more. As already mentioned, yard is fully fenced, privacy guaranteed. Beautiful, heated swimming pool with sun loungers and deck chairs as well as modern BBQ station with outside dining table. Pets are welcome with additional charge.
