Outdoor enthusiasts will love the gloriously wild and rugged beauty of the Ceredigion coast which is interspersed with a variety of sandy beaches from Poppit Sands in the south all the way up to Aberdyfi in the North. There are wonderful clifftop walks nearby including the coastal path from Aberaeron to the sheltered sandy beach of Cei Bac, where you are likely to see seals, porpoises, dolphins, or the various sea birds that inhabit these pristine shores.
What’s more, Ceredigion has a variety of great villages and towns to sample on your travels, from the historical market town of Cardigan to the famous university town of Aberystwyth. We also recommend a trip to the vibrant town of New Quay or the quaint coastal villages of Llangrannog or Tresaith, to name just a few!
