Set out over four floors it boasts views over the river, village and the countryside beyond, as well as benefitting from off road parking for one car. Two bedrooms boast en-suite facilities, and externally there’s a small sitting out area shared with one other property that overlooks the River Holme.

Quite excitingly, fans of the show can check out iconic locations such as Sid’s Café, Nora Batty’s steps and jump on board the ‘Summerwine Magic Tour’. Keen cyclists can re-create the Holme Moss Summit Climb as seen in 2014 Tour de France, and for evening entertainment, Holmfirth Picturedrome is reported to be the North of England’s finest intimate Music Venue. Quite uniquely Holmfirth is also home to its very own vineyard where you can take a tour or grab a bite to eat, and of course all of this is on the northern edge of the Peak District National Park meaning opportunities for walkers are endless.

Holmfirth Break
The property met our requirements however parking wasn't available when we first arrived had to contact the owner. The fridge didn’t work but we only realised on the Sunday morning so all our food had to be thrown then in the last day we had no hot water so couldn’t have showers before we checked out.

Would certainly consider booking again.
Stylish property in an excellent central location. Clean, well furnished house with large rooms. Comfy beds and commodious sofas. Plenty of parking close by. The house is straight on to the road with virtually no pavement and there are steep stairs to the 2nd floor and spiral staircase to the attic bedroom which may not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Otherwise highly recommended.
