Studio of 15 square meters, warm and welcoming. Ideal for couples looking for a romantic and discreet corner in the heart of the city, a few steps from the Duomo. Small but well designed environment, exploited down to the smallest detail, it is a recently renovated apartment, finely furnished to measure with wooden furniture and equipped with every comfort. The raised position of the apartment allows you to admire the skyline over the rooftops of Florence. The area is characterized by the presence of historic crafts, trade and catering businesses. A few meters away you reach the central Via Tornabuoni, with its luxury shops and the Santa Trinita Bridge. Walking along the riverside, called "Lungarno", you can easily reach the Ponte Vecchio and the Santa Croce district. The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic building without a lift and is equipped with a double bed 140x180, therefore it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.  . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
