introduced by a small gate that opens into a furnished porch with dining table and view on the sea and the swimming pool.
The rooms are basic but cozy and bright and consist of a living room with air conditioning and kitchenette and 1 double sofa bed, dining table. The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area which consists of 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and access to a porch and a full bathroom.

Residence Solaris is a lovely and comfortable complex of 26 apartments for holidays in Torre Specchia Ruggeri, near Melendugno. The complex is only 10 meters away from the beaches.
It consists of one-bedroom apartments for 4 guests and two-bedroom apartments for 6 guests, on four floors, equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette, tv, internet.
The beach is accessible by just crossing the provincial street in front of the complex.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.

- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.

- Shared Pool available from June to September.

- Pool opening from 9am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.

- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.

- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Third and fourth bed available with extra price of euro 18 per day per person upon request.
