Brilliant holiday house!

We’ve just returned from a week in this property. Exactly as described, so clean and beautifully presented and everything we needed! Outdoor space and pool access was absolutely brilliant. Less than a 5 min stroll to a Meloneras beach, shops & cafes and 1 mile from Maspalomas. A perfect location for a family holiday & Richard was a fantastic host, so helpful, responsive and welcoming. Very sad to have left and would absolutely return if we can!

Meloneras chilling

My friend and I spent a wonderful 10 days here, very relaxing, great restaurants in walking distance, relatively quiet and a well stocked home. Communication and support including airport transfers were fantastic and would definitely stay again

Great villa

Exactly as billed. Excellent helpful check in with continuing support when required. Well equipped clean and quite well placed if fit and able. We had a car anyway and parked right outside every day. For a self catering holiday this property is excellent and with a taxi rank 100 yards away you can go to the town centre easily. The area is quite quiet but very relaxing and if you prefer busy it’s just a 15 min walk or short taxi ride away.

Tolles Haus

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen, landschaftlich tollen Umgebung. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Pool ist riesig und wir haben hier immer eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Zeit in Meloneras

Schönes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Reihenhaus. Das Haus war sehr sauber und alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs vorhanden. Die Lage ist toll, kurzer Weg bis zur Promenade, sehr ruhig, die Straße wenig befahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und werden das Objekt bestimmt weiterhin buchen.

Perfect place to stay

Nice holiday house.. sometimes at night a bit noise of the road and in the weekend of people who are going out. But we would definitely choose this house again, with nice swimming pool (one of the pools is warmed).. all rooms have airco and washing machine is in the house. for foods I would recommend to take a walk to bandera tapas y Copa .. are other restaurants in that neighborhood.. a bit less pushing waiters than in meloneras playa.

Bra boende, enkelt men med AC och bra access både till poolen och vägen. Lite ont om bestick/ glas/ tallrikar men i övrigt en funktionellt boende med allt som behövs för en vecka i solen.

Super appartement pour super séjour

Appartement très confortable avec ses 2 terrasses opposées idéales pour le matin et le soir suivant le soleil, 2 chambres, 2SdB et grand salon/cuisine. Il est bien placé à 200m de la plage en contrebas. En voiture on n'est pas loin de tout le reste qu'il y a voir sur la côte. Réception impeccable par Antonio, on a réussi à se comprendre un peu en anglais/espagnol. On a eu un problème de wifi qui n'a pas marché pendant 3 jours, mais bon on n'est pas aux Canaries pour ça. Equipement assez complet avec salons de jardins, chaises longues. Avec nos enfants nous avons passés une super semaine.

Tolle Location, super sauber und praktisch gelegen

Diesmal hatten wir den Bungalow Nr. 64. Zuerst hatten wir Bedenken, denn er lag direkt an der Strasse, nicht wie damals bei Bungalow 69, mit Golfplatzblick, aber auch deutlich günstiger im Preis. Die anfänglichen Bedenken waren schnell zerstreut. Es war eine wunderschöne ruhige Woche in der wir das Haus geniessen konnten, die tolle Poolanlage nutzen konnten und der Vermieter war zuverlässig und pünktlich. Das Haus war blitzsauber - nicht eine einzige Kakerlake gesichtet, praktisch und gemütlich. Nr. 64 werden wir wieder buchen. Es passt für 2 Personen die einen ruhigen und individuellen Urlaub geniessen möchten. Bei 4 Personen klappt es wohl auch - dann aber nicht so luxuriös. 2 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 schöne Terrassen - und die 200 m entfernte riesige und wunderschöne Poolanlage. Der Urlaub war (auch dank phantastischen Wetters) ein voller Erfolg.

Poor Restaurants

Very nice place, but far too quite for me, very poor restaurant selection , and not giving good quality food, catering simply for the tourist with no imagine. Tapas was no where to be found in the true tapas form.!!! Lack of nice bars accessable to the outsider i.e. unless you were in a complex. Not for me.

Ferien auf Gran Canaria

Unser Aufenthalt in Meloneras war in jeder Hinsicht sehr schön und gut. Wir waren zum 3x dort und hoffen dass wir es wieder machen können. Die Villa ist schön, sauber , ruhig. Die Anlage gepflegt . Wir hatten nur ein Problem - aber es liegt nicht in Ihrer Kompetenz - Die Hausnummer 64 existiert an der Mar Caspio 2x!

Belle villa

Très belle villa neuve, en excellent état et bien équipé, avec une magnifique piscine dans le lotissement. Le coin terrase devant la maison est très apprécié le matin, et la 2è terrasse à l'arrière de la maison est magnifique le soir, pour un barbecue. Proche de la plage et à quelques minutes de taxi des dunes de Mapalomas. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour en famille et nous ne pouvons que le recommandé.

Just ok.

The house was ok. It was clean. But we didnt get what we paid for. It should had been a barbaque in the garden, and we did not have a fireplace or a heating in the appartment. It was really cold in evenings and nights. It was not a dryer in appartment either. The beds was really hard, but we asked for an extra madrass, and we got one immediately. We never saw Ubaldo, and it was difficult to reach him on phone. He sent his friend to meet us, but he couldnt talk english. A bit difficult.

Perfect

It was a fantastic holiday. The house was clean and had a good equipment. Only the few german Tv could be better. But the wether was so beautiful, that it was not so serious. We will come back definetly.

¡¡¡Fue maravilloso!!!

Este verano pasamos nuestras vacaciones en la Gran Canaria en un apartamento adosado. Fue estupendo! La casa es muy comoda: abajo, un salon espacioso con cocina en la que no falta nada. Todo esta previsto, hasta el mas minimo detalle. Comiamos en el patio bajo la sombrilla. En el patio trasero secabamos la ropa despues de la piscina a la que tienen acceso solo los vecinos. Para los pequenos hay una piscina de 0,5m. La lavadora esta a la entrada al patio trasero. Este tambien tiene condiciones y buen espacio para hacer barbacoa para un buen grupo de amigos. En casa hay dos banos, arriba y abajo. Arriba, dos dormitorios, uno, con balcon, da a la calle y el otro, al patio trasero. Toda la casa tiene el aire acondicionado. Es un reparto muy tranquilo, da gusto veranear alli. !Todo salio maravilloso!
