IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival how this is calculated or before making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

Fantastic

Family Holiday
The house was very big and spacious. Had all the essentials including towels, lots of pillows and duvets. The kitchen was stocked with dishwasher and washing machine tablets. The area was quiet which meant we could leave the windows open at night during the hot weather. The kids could safely play outside as the car park and surrounding areas were quiet, I would have liked heavier curtains in the bedrooms. The curtains are very light which meant we were waking up at 6am every morning. The kitchen could do with a new set of spoons and glasses. They were clean but mismatched. The cooker knobs had no text so it was a guessing game to figure out the grill/oven. I would also have liked instructions for the microwave.

Convenient & great amenities
Great location for the towns of Killaloe & Ballina. Fabulous local walk at the woods & lakeside. The oven/hob in time will need replacing. Its almost had its day. In our situation a stairgate would have been such a bonus, you could always have a house where this might be available & possibly charge a little more for it. With children of a certain age I am sure there are parents who would pay the money given that the living area is upstairs.
