Beautiful Villa
The Villa is beautiful and has a. lot of potential. The way the villa has been decorated, the space that is available and the outdoor space is just fantastic. The views are amazing.
There are so many positives to the villa, however what I would say is that we were unfortunately one of the first people to stay in the villa and in my opinion the snagging list had not been completed.
Don't get me wrong Sebastian was great communicating with us and did pay for us to have a meal out for our inconvenience, but I do not go on holiday to be dealing with tradesman on several occasions. (That's if they turn up, some were two hours late).
The air-conditioning leaked in the bedroom, this was fixed on day 5.
The bathroom plumbing blocked constantly and for no reason so it backed up in to the sink or shower, Plumber did come but it was a short term fix as is happened repeatedly.
The lights attached to the outside of the villa, did not work at all. This meant we couldn't see to sit out at night. The electrician came and didn't fix it. He attended twice.
The front gates were falling off, someone did come after a few days to fix them
So I don't want to put you off and I presume after a few more visitors, this place will be perfect as the snagging will have all been picked up on.
As I Sebastian was brilliant and I recommended a few things, such as instructions for electrical equipment and a list for important numbers and he did take this on board.
It is clearly a very new villa with teething issues.
I just wish I didn't feel a little deflated that we waited three years for a holiday, paid a lot of money for a villa and spend a lot of time dealing with minor faults that made a big issue.
