The ground floor comprises of a large bright open plan living environment, featuring a lantern roof and impressive panoramic bi-fold doors. Ambient natural light floods this area, and when the bi-fold doors are peeled back, the room extends into the garden inviting in fresh air and birdsong. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample worktop space, making it the ideal stage for any enthusiastic chefs to rustle up a delicious meal made using a plethora of the local produce this area is famed for. Ample seating is provided at the sit up kitchen island, as well as around the sociable dining table, meaning guests can gather together for breakfast to plan the day ahead, or talk long into the evenings while sharing a delicious feast. For anyone requiring a quieter space, the snug situated at the other end of the house is an alternative place to watch a film, read or study. A useful utility room completes this floor.

Upstairs on the first floor, two attractively curated bedrooms are provided. The triple aspect master bedroom hosts a spectacular super-king size wooden sleigh bed, and is served by an inviting en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and a deep free-standing bath. Sumptuous bedroom two offers a king-size bed, and is served by a similarly inviting en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms are located on the second floor. Both delightful full-size twin bedrooms, featuring Velux windows, these rooms share a neighbouring shower room. With the rooms all decorated in a muted colour palette, and the beds all dressed in fine linens, guests are guaranteed to experience a comfortable deep sleep.

Outside, an extensive private garden boasts incredible views, stretching across fields to the grounds of Westgate Hall in the distance. Being fully enclosed, the garden is a safe and secure place for supervised children and dogs to play. A spacious patio area featuring comfortable outdoor seating, fire pit and barbecue beckons guests to enjoy long summer days in the sun, or share a bottle of locally produced wine as the sun goes down.

The Goosebec is situated within an easy 5-minute walk into the heart of Burnham Market village, home to excellent independent boutiques and fantastic amenities, including a butcher, fishmonger, bakery and delicatessen, as well as a much-loved long-standing village hardware shop, that also sells veg. A selection of exciting gastronomic experiences are also located in the village, and are not to be missed. Ideally located for exploring rural and coastal Norfolk, catch the Coastliner bus to the stunning beaches and quintessentially Norfolk neighbouring villages, some of which are also accessible on foot, for keen walkers with energetic dogs!
