The kitchen is furnished with a fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, kitchenware, tablecloths, rolls of kitchen paper etc. and everything you need to spend a good vacation. It has FREE WIFFI. It is recommended for families, business trips. medical consultations, cultural trips etc. since being in the center does not need a car. The owners live in the next floor. With elevator ... The heating is individual and very good. El alquiler fue excelente, la descripción del piso es tal cual está el piso, muy buena atención por parte de la dueña, 100% recomendado el lugar, la dueña es muy amable y te ayuda hasta turísticamente, cuando vuelva a Oviedo, buscaré este piso otra vez

Lovely apartment in great location

This apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lift and Carmen's Mother and Father live in the other apartment on this floor. We used the underground parking space 100 meters from the apartment and Carmen's Father met us at the parking entrance and escorted to the space and up to the apartment. Easy walking to both the old and new towns with plenty of space and equipment. Would definitely stay here again.

A superb location!

Carmen's apartment is in a great location - it is in the old town surrounded by cafes, restaurants and markets. There is a good sized supermarket about 50 metres away. The apartment is well kitted out and comfortable. Carmen was a great host and organised car parking in an underground car park very close by for 10 euros per day.

Charming and cozy!

This charming little apartment was in the heart of the old city and very convenient. The owner,Carmen, was delightful and very helpful. The apartment sleeps 5, but with only 1 full bath some strategy was required for getting ready in the mornings. I will definitely return next time I'm in Oviedo.

Zentrale saubere Unterkunft

Wir haben mitten in der historischen Altstadt Oviedos einen schönen Urlaub genossen. Der Vermieter Fam. Berros war sehr nett, ganz herzlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir für unseren Aufenthalt ein Auto mieten wollten, brauchten wir einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Auch das war kein Problem. Fam. Berros mietete im gegenüber liegenden Parkhaus gegen ein Entgelt ein Parkplatz dafür an. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig und hatte alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnung war nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Lediglich die Betten waren für uns Norddeutsche ein wenig zu klein, ansonsten war alles tiptop.

Oviedo, a secret gem

I agree with Woody Allen. After cycling and walking the Camino del Norte and enjoying many splendid northern Spanish cities and towns, Oviedo is special. I spent 10 days in Carmen and Amador's apartment in Autumn 2015, first with my husband and then later a friend. The apartment was clean, spacious and the best located of the many apartments I stayed in during my 9 weeks in Spain. Despite being literally across the street from the market, the bedrooms were quiet. But it did make it so easy to pop out for supplies from the market for dinner, or walk two minutes further to the supermarket. Around each corner was another bar, another cafe, another church, another free museum or gallery. We walked everywhere, especially enjoying the pedestrianised older part of the city with its twists and turns. Make sure you pilgrimage to the various pre-Romanesque churches which are fascinating and all different. It's also a short walk to the bus station to catch local buses to the coast or a regional one to Leon. Carmen was an attentive, friendly hostess who spoilt us with her delicious rice pudding. We have very fond memories of our stay in Oviedo. A memorable apartment in a memorable city.

Comfortable well located apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. Everything was provided, it was clean and the owners helpful and accommodating. The location could not be better, right in the centre of the old town with the market, supermarket, bars and restaurants close by. The city is attractive with its architecture, sculptures, museums and churches. Also has a good shopping centre. We travelled by train and the journeys were spectacular. I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Oviedo.

séjour touristique en famille

Appartement très confortable, très propre et très agréable (ascenseur). Très bien situé en plein centre ville historique d'Oviedo. A proximité de tous les monuments, commerces et restaurants. Tout peut se faire à pied. Possibilité de louer un parking ce qui est un vrai plus. Idéal pour un séjour en famille pour découvrir la ville et la région.

perfecto!

Una pena que solo pasamos una noche, íbamos 5 adultos y una niña de 2 años, y estuvimos como en casa, el apto está fenomenal, situado en pleno centro sin necesidad de tocar el coche para nada. Carmen, encantadora, todo facilidades desde que contacté con ella, para la reserva. muchas gracias!!

el sitio perfecto para una estancia en Oviedo

Duplex precioso y situado en el mismo centro historico de Oviedo. A nuestra llegada aoarcamos el coche en el garaje que nos proporcionaros, justo al lado del piso, y lo volvimos a coger para regresar a nuestro lugar de origen. Unas vistas maravillosas y rodeados de toda la cultura y vida de la ciudad. Su dueña, Carmen, una persona muy atenta y excelente anfitriona. Sin lugar a dudas el sitio perfecto para una maravillosa estancia en Oviedo.
