This lake front property has amazing views, it is a quite relaxing atmosphere with a private dock .This Lakefront cabin has 2 bedrooms bath.. utility room.. screened in porch. This Rental also includes fishing boat with battery powered trolling motor and a canoe. The lakefront property is located just 15 miles from the famous JACK DANIELS DISTILLERY in Lynchburg Tenn.. Lincoln Lake is a private lake which does not allow gas powered boats . The nearest airport is Huntsville International which is 59 miles away. Lincoln Lake is a stocked private lake you are welcome to fish and a boat with a trolling motor will be provided. The lake and boat are only a few steps from the porch. This area is part of the famous bourbon trail! This is a great place to unwind and hunt or fish .The Flintville Wildlife Management Area is 5 minutes away its a 1000 acres of good hunting and the lake is only a few steps from the porch! We have just added internet!

Spring get away

It was the perfect place for our spring fishing vacation. Nice private lake to stay on while fishing Tim's Ford. The Owner was wonderful!!

Great

It was in a great area away from civilization there were other surrounding neighbors. Fishing without a needing a license great views to nearby towns for if getting groceries. very comfy tv if needed, games to play with others, and music (radio)

Great weekend

We really enjoyed the cabin. It’s perfectly located near Lynchburg and Tim fords lake. The bass were hitting and the catfish we caught were big. Looking forward to going back in the summer.

Amazing Stay

Tom's Cabin has all the comforts of home, including a boat! The bed was clean and comfortable. The firepit was so close to the lake it made for a beautiful memory. Stayed two nights and loved every minute of it.

Peaceful and comfy

We stayed for our anniversary for a few days. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The cabin is so peaceful and comfortable. Internet and TV are great. The bed is so comfortable! Check out process is super easy. Outdoors, we caught a few fish and did some hiking at Tim's Ford and Wells Park. We ate in Fayetteville most of the time. Everyone has been very friendly! We will definitely come back!

Great trip!!

Had a great time ! We enjoyed fishing all week - neighbors were so friendly . Tom, the owner was so nice- he came to meet us and even brought fresh veggies from his home garden. Elaine, was full of local information, that helped our stay. We are definitely going back.

Peaceful relaxing vacation spot

Rustic style vacation cabin steps to lake. Cabin had everything we needed. Loved watching the egrets, blue heron, and bald eagles. Caught 40 fish right from shore. Had a wonderful stay. Tom was easy to talk too.

Catfish were biting!

We enjoyed our stay in Uncle Tom’s Cabin! Tom was a great communicator, check in was easy, and the cabin was very clean. The lake was beautiful and the fish were biting! Even when it rained we enjoyed listening to the rain on the roof while sitting out on the screened porch. Nice quiet getaway I would highly recommend.

Peaceful Paradise

The cabin is just as described, a cute little lake house with a dock and a screened in porch to relax and unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Tom, the host, was extremely kind and accommodating and quick to respond. He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Wish we could stay longer!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We recently stayed here the entire week of July 4th. The location was quiet and peaceful. Tom is a great host. He answers your questions quickly and honestly. My spouse and son loved the boat for fishing. We also loved this cabin is dog friendly. Our dogs loved swimming in the lake. We will be coming back in the future. Thank you Tom for allowing us to enjoy your cabin on the lake.

Everything you need

This was a peaceful and fantastic property. The location which is next to the park and close to the levy makes it perfect for kids and bank fishing. Boat and trolling motor available and we ended up catching 15 fish the last day. Owner was fantastic and very helpful. We will stay again and likely bring the grandkids!

Uncle Tom was a great host. The cabin was spacious and comfortable and the lake provided more fun for my son and me. People in the association were friendly and we felt safe at all times. A true gem. I recommend this cabin to anyone wanting the perfect vacation spot.

Most relaxing vacation ever!

We had the best time on our vacation! The cabin was the perfect place for us to kick back and relax. We spent the week fishing! The boat was perfect for trolling around the lake. We caught several bass around the 5lb mark. And we both have the fish story of the one that got away! I left an approximate 5 lb there for someone, and 2 that have hooks in them because they broke my line! Tom and Laura are delightful hosts! Tom was so thoughtful and engaging. We met several neighbors while we were out. Everyone around was so friendly! You are in a remote area, yet close enough to run to Walmart if you need to. We had all the amenities that we needed for our 1 week stay! Beautiful view of the lake every morning and evening.

Wonderful, simple getaway location

My husband and I stayed here with our dog for 4 nights. It's right on the shore of the private Lincoln lake where you can fish and relax. The neighborhood is quiet except for the occasional goose call from across the lake. Tom was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. There were no issues and we enjoyed being there. We used the boat a couple of times but mostly sat on the shore to fish and enjoy the weather. Kitchen has all the basic cookware and cutlery. Keurig worked perfectly. The screened in porch was wonderful for our dog to relax while my husband and I fished. The cabin is about 20 to 25 minutes from Fayetteville. No wifi but the cable works great and Tom has movies and games for the rainy weather and nighttime. We didnt catch a ton of fish but could be due to the time of year and that it was still a little chilly overnight. Overall a good stay. Thanks, Tom!

Beautiful Lake

Stayed for spring break. Property is beautiful, and house has everything you need. Owner is very helpful. Fishing was slow in Early March, but we were still able to get into some fish. Would definitely stay again.

Nice little rustic cabin, exactly as advertised with beautiful scenery and the symphony of nature. Perfect for a relaxing weekend away from the city. My husband thoroughly enjoyed having a boat and fishing gear available and caught several fish both on the lake and from the shore directly in front of the cabin. I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing with a book on the screened in porch. Tom was wonderful and very responsive through the whole process. He also generously allowed us a free early check in and late checkout. We really hated to leave and my husband can’t wait to come back next year!

Great stay!!

The home was very clean and well maintained. Very peaceful neighborhood. I basically had the whole lake to myself nobody else on the water while I was there. Owner was great with promptly responding to any questions or concerns I had. I’ll be back in Spring for sure!!

slowing down..

We had a great weekend, the cabin and property where just right. We enjoyed fishing in lake and trolling in flat bottom. We walk across dam and talk with neighbors and others staying in homes. The cabin is very well equipped and queen bed sleep good. The fishing was pretty good.. Would love to come back and fish and build a big fire in the fire pit down by water side. The property owner was a joy to talk to and down to earth and very thoughtful. If you just want to slow down we'll this is the perfect cabin and environment.

I'm a retired Ag teacher that loves to hunt if any of you prospective renters has a property with big deer get in touch we will work something out! I live in Gurley Alabama about 30 miles from the lake cabin.

The view is beautiful and the neighbors are great. You can hunt in the morning come back and fish the middle of the day and go back for an evening hunt

What makes this property unique

This is a small private lake community with fresh water fishing and all types of wildlife, jet skis and motorboats are not allowed. I provide a fishing boat with a battery powered trolling motor. We are located just 5 miles from the Flintville Management area which is public hunting you can purchase out of star license over the counter you don’t have to draw for them
