The Courtyard - 2 bed Apt in Georgian Townhouse
Summary:
Beautifully renovated courtyard apartment within a large Georgian Townhouse in central Bath, only a short walk from all main attractions. Very tastefully decorated throughout with great attention to detail. There is large open plan living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms and a brand new bathroom. This unique and stunning space comes with a lot of original Georgian features, such as exposed cobble wall in the back bedroom and decorative fireplaces in the two other rooms.

The Space:
Private entrance from the Paragon, through a separate gate and steps leading down to this lower ground floor apartment. Large living room with open plan kitchen and a dining table. Bedroom one comes with two comfortable single beds. Bedroom two comes with a king size bed and is located at the back of the house. There is also a brand new bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a small outdoor courtyard area.
Guest Access:
Please note there is no parking at the property due to its central location, we would recommend Charlotte Street Car Park which is a short walk away.

About the host
Hosted by Nook Stays
Victoria and Bobby moved from London into The Vineyards in 2018 and started the restoration project of the whole building. The Courtyard was a huge task of the restoration process, where they have now created a living space which offers a light yet comfortable surrounding, boasting original features and Georgian characteristics. They wanted to share the history of the house with people from around the world so we hope you enjoy the apartment!
