VILLA LA PLAÇA - Santa Cristina d'Aro
The villa is located in the center of Santa Cristina d'Aro, in front of a square, it is a very quiet area of the town.
It has on the main floor a kitchen, living-dining room with air conditioning, exit to the terrace and the garden area, bathroom and laundry area.
If we go up to the first floor we find a suite with air conditioning, a 1.35m bed and a complete bathroom, a room with two single beds, and a room with a 1.20m bed, and 1 bathroom with shower.
The terrace area has an awning and table and chairs to be able to have lunch outside, in the garden area we find a barbecue.
It has wifi and air conditioning in the living room.
The car must be parked on the street, but the area is free and easy to park.
The location of the villa allows us to go shopping or for a walk on foot.
The location is ideal for visiting the beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, located just over 5 minutes by car.
The tourist tax will be charged, one euro per person per day, only for the first 7 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept groups under 25 years of age at this property.
Key delivery and collection will take place at our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.
