Rooks Acre is an attractive bungalow resting on the Rousdon Estate near Lyme Regis in Dorset and sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack of logs for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Non-enclosed garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.6 miles, pub 3.4 miles. Note: The garden is not enclosed so supervision of dogs and children required at all times. Note: The property is located on a privately managed estate
Town: The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.
