Lower Black Rock is a delightful ground floor apartment sleeping four guests in two bedrooms. The property has been stylishly furnished with many mod-cons to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Lower Black Rock is just a short walk away from St Ives harbour and the picturesque sandy beaches surrounding. The town itself has many independent shops and delicious eateries and restaurants. The perfect apartment for a family of four to enjoy a coastal getaway.

Kitchen and utilities:  Gas hob and double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
Facilities for families:  Highchair and travel cot provided.
Outside: The apartment has exclusive use of a lovely garden which is situated across the quiet rear lane. The sunny garden is accessed via seven granite steps and has a table and chairs for outside dining.
Pets:  Maximum one well-behaved dog welcome for an additional charge.
Parking:  No private parking, public car parks nearby.
Nearest beach:  0.3 miles.
Nearest amenities:  0.2 miles.
General:  Free WiFi provided. Gas and electricity included. Gas central heating.

Deceptive pictures - mishmash of rooms

Location was ok but for the price I felt it should have been closer to the sea and lower down. Massive hill to climb to get back. The ‘bedrooms’ were very odd - makeshift rooms without actual windows. A tad mean with the toilet paper for such a price. The outside area was only accessible through a fire door and main door that we did it have keys for - and it is shared with another property so hardly ideal.
