The residence is located in gated community Pinebrook Woods with an exuberant forest vegetation. The quiet pool (temperature controlled) are located few steps from the house.

Within walking distance, is the Bell Tower plaza, offering shopping stores, restaurants, bars, cafe, movie theater, etc. Conveniently located just minutes from the South Florida Beaches, Sanibel and Captiva Island, Bonita Beach Park, golf courses, JetBlue Park, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Miromar Outlet Shopping, and much more.
The home has enclosed/screened lanai with a peaceful an relaxing view to tall trees and incredible vegetation.
The drive way of the house can accommodate 2 cars.
Personal controlled central heat and air conditioning.
Ceiling fans are located in the living room, kitchen, rooms, and lanai.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, mixer, toaster oven, cooking and dining utensils and sets.
