The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric stove and a selection of books and games, a sitting room with TV, and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin, and a bunk room, along with a main bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a front/side garden with lawn, an enclosed rear multi-level garden with lawn and furniture, and a private driveway for two cars. One well-behaved small dog is welcomed, but smoking is not permitted. Within 0.4 miles you'll find a shop, and within 0.3 miles you'll find a pub. A highchair and stairgate are available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ladylands Cottage is the perfect base for a country escape to Isle of Wight. Note: There are steps to the exterior, please supervise children in the garden.
