Wonderful cottage
From booking through to departing the cottage, everything was excellent. Lynn was very easy to communicate with. The cottage itself was a home from home & immaculate. All the essentials and more were in the cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The cottage is in a great location to explore the surrounding areas. Ideal to have the two pubs, tea room & shop within a few steps.

A lovely cottage in Exmoor
A lovely olde world cottage fully appointed and good location for touring Exmoor and North Devon. Pub opposite can be a little bit noisy at night as they have outside seating.

Tranquility and Adventure at its very best!!!!
Had the most amazing time at Crown Cottage Exmoor. So many walks and beautiful scenery to discover and explore. I particularly enjoyed visiting Tar Steps which is about a 15 minute drive away. The village seemed very welcoming and everyone I met would stop and say hello. I was very impressed with the cottage itself, clean, cosy, comfortable and well equipped for what you would need. If you are looking for an adventure exploring or just looking to get away from it all and relax in a peaceful tranquil environment, then crown cottage would be the ideal place for you. I would also like to mention the owner Lynn who was exceptionally helpful with the booking process and throughout my stay. I will be back again very soon.
